DAY 1: Clarke Quay & Orchard road

As we were travelling from Malaysia, we wanted to keep our first day a bit relaxed and wanted to explore around. We decide to go to Little India first to experience our very own culture abroad. I wouldn't deny we definitely got served with the cheapest food there and you will find a lot of Indians with various Indian cuisine restaurant. The only thing distracted me was, in my entire trip in Singapore, Little India was unexpectedly the most filthy place.
Our next stop was orchard road, it is a place for people who love shopping, you will find amazing malls there with numerous brands and next to it you will also find street shops where you can bargain. we decided to walk down and explore as much as we could, while walking we also found many restaurants there that served authentic Malaysian and Indonesian food.
Clarke Quay, is where we decided to go next and end our day. This place is also a must go for all fashion and shopping lovers. I just can't explain our experience in words, the atmosphere and vibe was full of joy and colours. You can shop around or just chill with beer and music.
DAY 2: Sentosa & Altitude bar

Second day we planned to go to Sentosa island, one of the most top rated sightseeing place in Singapore. To reach Sentosa Island you can go by cab or a bus if you have booked it through a travel company, but you are going on your own and don't want to spend a lot then you can take the metro till HarbourFront. You will get the tickets from there for your further travel to Sentosa, which costs around 8 SGD for back and forth (by MONORAILS). If you like you can also take a cable car to Sentosa as well from HarbourFront station which will cost around 35 SGD.
Sentosa is a resort island off Singapore in the southern coast. There are 20 attractions in whole of Sentosa and you can choose to do activities of your choice, to make this more simple, they provide you with packages of different cost in which you can choose to do certain no. of activities. For eg:
Fun pass for 3 Play : S$ 45
Fun pass for 5 Play : S$ 59
Fun pass for 20 Play : S$ 89
you can either buy this from the ticket counter in Sentosa island or you can buy this online.
We chose Fun pass 5 play and chose different activities
on the basis on our interests.
- S.E.A aquarium
- Wings of Time
- Royal Albatross 20 mins tour guide with complimentary beer
- Madame Trussaud combined with - 4D adventure island
- Tiger sky tower
There are other activities as well that may interest you, but from my list I will definitely recommend you guys to visit S.E.A aquarium, tiger sky tower and Wings of time. After spending our entire day in Sentosa island we then headed to an amazing bar that was suggested by my brother.
Altitude bar is the highest bar in Singapore at a 63 level. The bar gives you a 360 view of Singapore from 282m above sea level. The entry ticket of this bar is S$ 35 if you enter before 6:00-9:00pm and S$ 45 if you enter after 9:00pm, you can buy the tickets from their entrance or online to skip the queue. The entrance cost includes a cover charge of 2 drinks each per person, which you can choose from the list of menu they have.
The music is amazing and so is the crowd and food, we didn't try much because we very full, but we ordered 2 starters with drinks which was amazing.
I would really recommend you all to visit this bar if you are in Singapore. The view of the entire city such beautifully lit up is an amazing experience and view to look at.

Our day was planned for Universal studios, From MON-THU there timing are from 10:00am-7:00pm and FRI-SUN is 10:00am-10:00pm where you can do all the activities you want, unlike Sentosa funpass, the cost for universal studios includes all the cost of the rides, which means you can do all you want and how many ever times you want. The cost of Universal studios for 1 day is S$ 76 per person. We did a lot of rides, but we skipped a few which didn't interest us.
Here is a list of all the rides I did in Universal studios, listed from my most to least favourite.

For few famous rides you will a long queue if you wan to skip the long queues you can buy an additional ticket for S$30 or S$50 which is express entry ticket. On an average waiting time for a ride is approx 45min-1hour whereas for express entry its 10-20mins.
After spending the whole day in Universal studios we decided to go to Marina bay Sands. I am sure most of us also remember this as a ship building in Singapore.
Marina bay sand is a luxury resort Towering over the bay, this iconic hotel offers the world's largest rooftop infinity pool, 20 dining options and a world-class casino. It has direct access to Singapore’s premier shopping mall and the ArtScience Museum. Who wouldn't want to stay a night here, but the cost of 1 night in this hotel starts from S$380
Marina bay sands has a Marina bay sands- observatory doc where its open to public, you can go and have a look at an amazing 360 view. The entrance fee is around S$25 but you are not allowed to visit the bars and infinity pool up there. That is only for the people staying at the hotel.
Marina bay was billed as the world's most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion, including the land cost and is the fifth-most-expensive building in the world. When you look at the building from inside and outside you surely will know why its so expensive. The richness and royalty clearly sparkles in and outside this beautiful building.
DAY 4: Gardens by the bay & Singapore Zoo

This was our last in Singapore and we wanted to cover the ones which would give us a great memory of Singapore, as suggested by most o f the people as well we filtered down our interests and decided to go to Gardens by the bay.
Garden by the bay, which means city in a garden is a nature park build in 101 hectares of prime land. Its consists of 2 beautiful greenhouse inside
- CLOUD FOREST DOME
- FLOWER DOME
To enter gardens by the bay you don't have to pay any entrance ticket but you have to but ticket for Cloud and flower dome which is around S$25 per person for both the domes. If you are visiting Singapore I will suggest you to go to gardens by the bay for a evening light show, you can have a look the video below to see how the experience would be. The light show at Gardens by the Bay happens everyday at 6:45pm and 7:45pm. For the flower or cloud dome you should come in the day light to see in natural light. This is for all nature lovers, in Cloud forest dome you will find many many varieties of plants and rocks, of course the experience itself feels like you are on cloud9. Similarly, the flower dome shows you variety of flower and cactuses.

After our amazing experience at the Garden by the bay light show and Cloud Forest and flower dome. We decided to spend rest of our time at the most visited place in Singapore that ie Singapore Zoo. Though before I went to Singapore, I did my research to whether see Singapore Zoo or Singapore night safari. Honestly, if I had enough time i would have gone to both the places but then I had to choose one but if you are planning your trip I would suggest you to go to Night safari as well.
Coming back to my experience in Singapore Zoo, it was amazing because It was my 1st time in a Zoo abroad and I was super excited to see different kind of animals that I hadn't seen yet. To my surprise I saw such beautiful and gorgeous look animals. Me being an animal lover will always say this though.
The entry ticket for the zoo this S$40 per person. It took us around 4 hours to see but we met many people who took 10 hours or more. If you want to attend all activities and feeding session then you must have enough time to cover the whole show and may follow that by night safari. Here are few of my high points when I went to Singapore zoo.
- seeing cuddle between Polar Bears
- feeding the Giraff
- closely watching on White tiger
- counting lines on zebra
- looking at the changing colours of Panther chameleon
