Shades of white

July 10, 2017

Summer’s in full swing which means it’s finally time to swap our all-black or dark uniform for this season’s all-white trend. White outfits are admittedly hard to pull off. Here are some of the tips that will definitely help you pull of your great look.
Play with textures, accessorise with bold or bling and always carry a small instant stain remover in your handbag (ok, so that last tip is from my experience, but I still stand by it).

All-white outfits are one of my favourite kind of outfits to wear. It instantly adds an elegant and sophisticated vibe in my opinion, it is a beautiful colour and can be worn all year round. But sometimes wearing all white is super scary I mean we are all one laundry day or coffee mishap away from a disaster am I right? A lot of folks think that white is a good option to wear under white, but actually you’re better off with nude or pink. And the key to any monochrome dressing? Play with texture.

When I wear the white trend I turn to texture or some subtle print that will give little elegance! I love the texture on the jacket because it elevates what would otherwise be a simple white jacket. The details on the neck of the top gives it a very smart, summer and elegant enough to wear to an afternoon garden party. I am on a regular basis a big accessory fan but for this look I chose not to go for any accessory but to keep it chic and stylist, since this is a day look I threw on some classy glasses which completed my look. Of course as I mentioned before if accessorise with bold or bling therefore i wanted to give this look a lil bling but which is enough for day, so I paired this look with amazing silver brogues.
