Fusion calling...
Just like a painting, or a song, fashion also plays a main role in the fusion of different cultures and influences. Eastern and Western cultures engage in an important part in the Fashion trends of today. These two are fused in the fashion industry in many ways it could be a fusion of colours, fusion of prints, fusion of shapes or be it fusion of different design cultures. There are many young girls as well as ladies out there who love to explore different styles and experiment with there clothes as much as it experimented on the runway. INDO-western is one such example that everybody does explore and experiment with, when we talk about Indo western fashion major things that comes to our mind is kurta with denims/ trousers or saree with crop tops/ shirts and many much more... So to try something new myself I too have recently experimented with Indo western style in a different manner which is a printed kurta with a detailed frills and flared dress, its chic, young and a very much experimented look its a fresh combination of new styles yet could be found in your own old wardrobe. YOU can yet play around with patterns and prints, embroideries, solids and textures, but just remember to style it right, sometimes when you are coordinating prints on prints it does match and works well but sometimes it looks odd when you don't style it well so try not to over do it because your look is anyways much experimented, you can still try to play more on silhouettes than prints and let the style do more talking. Since the look in itself is experimental and fusion you can either wear metallic/funky brogues as I did or you keep it simple by wearing Juttis, just as you prefer. To complete this look I have paired my look with a gorgeous and yet again fusion, hand painted handbag which is not only giving colour to my entire outfit but also making it stand out from the crowd.
